Terms of Delivery

We currently deliver products throughout Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Denmark and Germany.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Prices include the applicable VAT.
Shipping costs will be added to the final purchase price.
We reserve the right to change product prices.

Delivery Methods and Costs

The product will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time is 1-3 days within Finland, 2-4 days in the Nordic countries, and 2-6 days elsewhere in Europe. If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible. Country-specific shipping costs and options will be provided at checkout.

Deliveries can be picked up from the nearest post office or sent as a small parcel directly to your mailbox. All deliveries include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer via email with the delivery confirmation.

Payment Methods

We use Shopify Payments for payment methods in our online store. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay debit and credit card payments through Shopify Payments. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy

What to do if you want to return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please inform us through the "contact" form before sending the package back. Please provide us with the purchaser's name, the product you wish to return, the date of purchase, and the price of the product. The return address is Riilahdentie 18 C, 02260 Espoo, Finland.

Return Period
The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition of the Returned Product
The returned product must be unused and in brand-new condition. The product may be tried on. The original packaging and attached tags must be intact.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you do not collect the package from the pick-up point and it is returned to us, we can resend the order. The reshipping cost will be charged. Not picking up the package is not considered a return or cancellation.

Refunds
The processing of the return will take up to a week after we have received the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange option for all products. If you want to exchange a product, we will send the new product one time without additional shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the exchanged product.

Incorrect or Defective Products
If the customer receives an incorrect or defective product, we ask that you return the product, and we will reimburse the return costs. Please contact us through the "contact" form in this case.
